We organize direct deliveries of Atomy products straight from the main production plant in South Korea.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation via one of the following methods:

• BIT system
• Bank transfer
• PayPal (please note: PayPal transactions include a 5% service fee, which is not included in the order total).

Delivery Time

• For orders over 500 ILS, delivery takes approximately 2–4 weeks, excluding public holidays.
• For orders under 500 ILS, pickup is currently available only from Tel Aviv, or we can arrange a group delivery to your city by agreement.

Delivery time for group orders depends on how quickly the combined shipment is formed.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:

• Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, such as:
• Temporary product shortage at the manufacturer
• Unknown recipient
• Incorrect delivery information or other unexpected issues
