Currently, Atomy product orders in Israel can be placed only through authorized distributors — that is, through our website.
We serve as a bridge between you and the company, providing access to the full range of Atomy products.

Logistics and Delivery Times
At this stage, we organize direct deliveries from the main Atomy production plant in South Korea.

• Delivery time: 2–4 weeks (excluding public holidays).
• Orders over 500 ILS — free nationwide delivery, including full customs clearance.
• Orders under 500 ILS — pickup is currently available only from Tel Aviv, or we can arrange a combined group shipment to your city by agreement.

Payment Options
You can pay for your order via BIT, bank transfer, or PayPal (after order confirmation).
Please note: for PayPal payments, a 5% processing fee is added to the total amount.

Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:

• Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach regions.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, such as:
• Temporary product shortage at the manufacturer
• Unknown or incorrect recipient information
